Right of Withdrawal Policy
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
1. General Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online or at a distance, without having to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Withdrawal from Services
For services purchased from Trade Desk, the statutory right of withdrawal may apply unless an applicable legal exception applies.
If you expressly request that a service begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the service may be performed during this period.
Where permitted by applicable law, if you request that the service begin immediately and the service has been fully performed, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal.
If the service has only been partially performed when you exercise your withdrawal right, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where applicable law permits this.
For example, if our Evaluation Service has already been started at your request, the withdrawal and refund rights may be affected depending on the extent to which the service has been performed and the applicable legal requirements.
3. Digital Products
Our store may offer digital products such as indicators, software, trading tools, guides, strategies, templates, and other downloadable content.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, where you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal may cease once the digital content is supplied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Simply downloading, accessing, or receiving a digital product does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights in every situation; the required legal conditions must be met.
4. Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a valid withdrawal applies, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law.
Unless otherwise required by law, refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Any applicable statutory rules regarding the timing and scope of refunds will apply.
5. Exclusions and Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation.
Depending on the product or service, exceptions may apply to:
-
Digital content supplied immediately with the customer's express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right.
-
Services that have been fully performed following the customer's express request to begin before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledgment of the consequences.
-
Other contracts for which a statutory exception applies.
Any exclusion or limitation of the withdrawal right applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement by email before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
Please include:

If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer protection, the applicable statutory provision shall prevail.
